Attention to detail, precision, quality, and safety awareness. Amir honed these key skills in the aviation industry where sloppy work costs lives and applied them to the construction industry where quality always matters, but can be difficult to find.
Amir exemplifies these qualities and that’s why he was chosen for the construction of a project that demanded the highest standards in all of these areas, and more. The challenge was to construct and equip a unique facility, purpose-built for the repair and overhaul of Rolls Royce and General Electric gas turbines. Upon finishing the construction project on time and with the highest standards, he was offered the position of Workshop deputy manager by this British-Persian company.
Fast-forward through 20 years dedicated to delivering value and quality to many happy residential and industrial customers, Amir is now a veteran of the construction industry. As Managing Director of Quasar Trend Inc., Amir has always relied on those core skills among his top priorities in building custom luxury homes in Canada, and abroad.
While all that was going on, Amir and his company found time to showcase their talents, workmanship, and professionalism several times as HGTV construction crew on Jonathan & Drew Scott’s “Property Brothers”, and on the “Kortney & Dave” show. Amir was also the Project Manager on season 3 and season 4 of HGTV Canada Backyard Builds show. Amir’s savvy eye for quality workmanship and finishing details are also fundamental to his work as a Real Estate agent. Affiliated with Forest Hill Real Estate Brokerage in Toronto, Amir’s professional approach and kind, inviting demeanor takes a lot of the stress out of buying or selling your home. As an experienced Project & Construction Manager and Real Estate Agent, Amir has the talent and the team to build, renovate, buy, or sell your home.
